Alex Russon is the owner of AGR Financial Solutions and has been operating in the invoice and trade finance sector for nigh on 25 years now, a quarter of a century! He began as a Business Development Manager with Barclays Bank Sales Finance before enjoying subsequent managerial roles with other high street banks and independent funders.

Alex has a passion for assisting businesses needing a helping hand in achieving their goals. His wealth of industry experience has enabled him to develop an extensive network of industry contacts to ensure tailored offerings are sourced that best suit a company’s specific needs.

Aside from invoice and trade finance, expertise is also offered in the associated areas of company acquisitions, particularly with regard to due diligence and intermediary services. Every transaction carries its own nuances and can only be satisfactorily executed following detailed investigation and research. Alex therefore works closely with funders and intermediaries both in the UK and US to ensure a satisfactory outcome for all parties. In addition, he facilitates international trading between the two countries and Europe.

Outside of the workplace, Alex is a keen golfer,
a community radio presenter, and a published author of several non-fictional sporting books. He has three sons and two daughters…the grandchildren’s floodgates are yet to open!
